Rental Rules, Qualifications, and Limitations Summary

Reservations Made By a Customer

Customers can make reservations for beginning and ending during normal hours of operation with a maximum duration of 15 days (may vary by aircraft).
Reservations more than 31 days in the future must be multi-day.
Customers can schedule up to 31 days in advance (may vary by aircraft).
All reservations for tomorrow must be made by 20:00 (8:00 pm) today.
Cancellations for tomorrow must be made by 20:00 (8:00pm) today and at least 6 hours in advance.
Customers are limited to 3 reservations per day.

Qualifications and Limitations for Customers

Reservations Made By a Primary Student

Primary Students can make reservations for times during normal hours of operation.
The maximum duration of a reservation for a primary student is 6.0 hours.
Students can schedule up to 31 days in advance.
Primary Students are limited to 3 reservations per day.
